The Vagus Nerve Reset Course

This 8-week course teaches emerging and seasoned leaders how to regulate their own nervous systems and create a state of balance with The Vagus Nerve Reset practice and a Personalized Self-Regulation Menu of mind-body practices.

When we are balanced, we are able to maintain control of our mind, emotions, and behaviors and handle difficult emotions and circumstances more effectively.

Self-regulation is a skill to be learned, and this course will give leaders the opportunity to learn and practice it.

In 8 weeks, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Practice multiple mind-body practices to settle your body and mind
  • Increase your personal resilience and sense of well-being
  • Optimize your results as a leader
